For years, I looked like I had it all together; the achievements, the drive, the success. But underneath, I was running on pressure, perfectionism, and fear of getting it wrong.
It wasn’t until I hit my own breaking point that I realised clarity doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from coming home to yourself.
That realisation changed everything. I rebuilt my life and leadership from the inside out, and now I help others do the same.
If it wasn't for me becoming self-aware of my own self-sabotage, an exercise that is often easily forgotten, I wouldn't be here today sharing my knowledge, wisdom and expertise with others, so that they can truly come home to themselves.
