manage bookings for Insight Calls and coaching sessions
coach you, and keep notes so each session builds on the last

05Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information.
We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:
GoHighLevel: our website, forms, quiz, calendar bookings, customer records and email platform
Stripe: payment processing
Video call platforms, such as Zoom or Google Meet, for online sessions
Analytics and advertising platforms, such as Google and Meta, to understand website visits and measure our marketing (see section 7)

We may also share information where the law requires it, or where it's needed to prevent a serious threat to someone's life, health or safety.
06Storing information overseas
Some of our providers, including GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google and Meta, store information on servers outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We choose established providers with strong security and privacy commitments, and take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information in a way that's consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

measure our social media advertising and show relevant ads, through tools such as the Meta pixel
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the website may not work as well. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tool, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta settings.
08Marketing emails
You'll only receive my newsletter and offers if you've agreed to them, for example by ticking the consent box on a form. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Even if you unsubscribe, we'll still send emails you need, such as receipts, booking confirmations and access details for something you've bought.
09Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. This includes using reputable platforms with secure, encrypted connections, limiting who can access your information and keeping coaching notes confidential.
No website or online service can be guaranteed 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach that's likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), as the law requires.
