01About these terms
These terms apply when you use startandsucceed.online, take the Identity Alignment Quiz, buy a product, book a call, work with me 1:1 or book me to speak. By doing any of those things, you agree to these terms.
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and using the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes never affect anything you have already paid for.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "I" mean Start and Succeed and Kelly Cameron. "You" means the person using the website or our services.

Descriptions on the website are given in good faith. I may change, pause or stop offering any service. That never affects a service you have already paid for.
04What coaching is, and what it isn't
Coaching is a partnership to help you get clear, make decisions and take action. You stay in charge of your choices and their results.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, or medical, legal or financial advice. It is not a substitute for any of them. If you are experiencing a mental health concern, please talk to your doctor or a qualified professional. In Australia, Lifeline is available on 13 11 14, any time.
I can't guarantee any particular outcome, because results depend on you, your circumstances and the action you take. Examples and stories I share, including client experiences, are not a promise that you will get the same result.
05Bookings, pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. Those are yours to cover.
GST: Start and Succeed is registered for GST. Where GST applies, it is included in the price shown.
Payment is taken securely through Stripe, through our GoHighLevel platform. We never see or store your full card details.
Price changes: prices may change at any time, but never for something you have already paid for.
Errors: if a price is shown incorrectly, I'll contact you before going ahead. You can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment plans for coaching, where offered, are set out in your coaching agreement. If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, sessions may be paused until it is.
Bookings for Insight Calls and coaching sessions are made through the online calendar. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
06The quiz and digital products
The Identity Alignment Quiz is free. Your result is for self-reflection only. It is not a psychological assessment or diagnosis. When you take the quiz, you'll receive your result and follow-up emails from me (see section 9).
The Unmasked Identity Workshop and any other digital products:
You get access as soon as your payment goes through. Access is for life, unless the product page says otherwise.
Your purchase is a licence for your own personal use. Please don't share your login, the recording or the workbook, or resell, copy or distribute them.
If you have trouble accessing your purchase, email [email protected] and I'll sort it out.
Refunds on digital products: because you get instant access to the full content, digital products are not refundable if you change your mind. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, for example it doesn't work or isn't as described, you're entitled to a refund.
071:1 coaching
Free Insight Calls are 30 minutes, free and come with no obligation to buy anything. If you can't make it, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
Coaching packages: before we start, you'll receive a coaching agreement setting out your package, number of sessions, fees and payment schedule. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.
Sessions are held online by video call, or in person at The Kollektiv, Unit 5, 89 George Street, Kalbar QLD 4309. For online sessions, you're responsible for a quiet, private space and a working internet connection.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
You can reschedule a session for free with at least 48 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, count as used.
If you're more than 15 minutes late, the session may go ahead for the time left or count as used.
If I need to reschedule, I'll give you as much notice as possible and the session is never lost.
Sessions must be used within 6 months of your first session, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancelling a package: you can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no sessions have been held. After that, fees for sessions already held or booked aren't refundable, and any remaining balance on a payment plan is still payable.
I may end a coaching relationship if it isn't the right fit or if these terms are seriously breached. If I do, I'll refund any unused, prepaid sessions.
08Speaking engagements
Every speaking booking gets its own written quote and agreement covering the date, format, topic, fee and any travel. That agreement applies alongside these terms.
Confirming a booking: your date is held once the agreement is signed and the deposit of 50% is paid. The balance is due 14 days before the event.
Travel: for events outside South East Queensland, travel, accommodation and meals are charged at cost or as quoted.
Cancellation by you: more than 60 days before the event, the deposit is refunded less a 10% admin fee. Between 30 and 60 days, the deposit is kept. Less than 30 days before, the full fee is payable. You can move the event to a new date within 12 months instead, subject to availability.
Cancellation by me: if illness or an emergency stops me from attending, I'll offer a new date or a full refund of what you've paid.
Recording: you may record the session for your attendees with my written consent. Recordings can't be sold or used in advertising without a separate agreement.
Materials: slides and handouts remain my intellectual property (see section 10). You can share them with attendees for their own use.
09Confidentiality, emails and your part
Confidentiality: what you share in coaching stays between us. I won't share it without your permission, except where the law requires it or where I believe there's a serious risk to your safety or someone else's.
Emails: when you take the quiz, buy a product, book a call or send an enquiry, I'll email you about it. With your consent, you'll also get my newsletter and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Your part: you agree to give accurate information, to take responsibility for your own decisions and actions, and to let me know if something isn't working for you so we can address it.
10Intellectual property
Everything on the website and in our products, including the Identity Alignment Quiz and its four results, the Unmasked workshop and workbook, coaching frameworks and worksheets, podcast episodes, blog posts, text, images and logos, is owned by or licensed to Start and Succeed and protected by Australian and international law.
You may view, download and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, adapt, sell, teach or share it with others, or use it to create your own products, without my written permission.
11Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to: send spam or unsolicited advertising; try to access parts of the site or our systems you're not authorised to; scrape, copy or monitor the site with automated tools; or do anything that could damage or slow down the website.
If you have an account, keep your login details secure. I may suspend access if an account is misused.
12Testimonials and third parties
Testimonials on the website are from real clients, shared with their permission. They reflect individual experiences. Your results may differ.
Third parties: the website uses and links to other services, including GoHighLevel, payment providers, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and social media platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and I'm not responsible for their content or how they operate.
13Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right that can't legally be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, Start and Succeed is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make or actions you take based on coaching, the quiz, our products or our content. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.
14Privacy
I collect and use your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction. If you have a concern, please contact me first. Most things can be sorted out with an honest conversation.
